i guess im in the minority of people who didnt really care for last season much. i mean it was good but it was my least favorite season. maybe because im such a big seinfeld fan i was just waiting for those episodes. maybe i need to rewatch last season. anyways i can wait till july 10th.

I could've sworn I read various pieces after S6 and S7 saying they were going to be the last. But who cares, right? We've got another on the way.

I'm sure you've read it, I just don't think it was anyone credible. There's always a lot of speculation every year especially since each Curb season has an actual ending as opposed to the cliffhangers you traditionally see on TV. People see stuff getting wrapped up and they assume "series finale" but I've never seen any indication from someone involved in the show that any previous finale was intended as a series ender.

I actually enjoyed the Seinfeld episodes of Curb last season but didn't think they were anything special.

It was the other episodes that didn't deal mainly with Seinfeld that I thought were really good.

I loved the ep with the girl with the stomach and half shirt. One of my favorites of the series.

Jerry was in that one.

Agree Throwing Cooper; I actually thought the Seinfeld ones were the worst of the season and anything surrounding the show was much better.

I know that around the time season 5 ended and season 6 was contemplated Essman and others thought it was over but the divorce supposedly reinvigorated David.

I think the quote at the very end of that teaser kind of sums up Larry: 'I'm yelling for society!' Larry David: Righting crimes against society, one insignificant wrong at a time.

Any 'Curb' fans with NFL Network must watch Rich Eisen's podcast show from tonight. Larry David does an opening segment, then Jeff Garlin, JB Smoove, and Bob Einstein join them for a couple segments that amounts to a partial episode of Curb. Apparently their is a longer version of the podcast available at Rich Eisen's website.

And don't forget the Season 8 premier this Sunday!

I love this series and can't wait for it to premiere Sunday. It'll be a nice change in setting with being set in New York and the guests such as Ricky Gervais and Michael J. Fox should be fun to see.

Larry has been saying on talk shows that only 5 of the shows are in NYC, but I still ordered the T-Shirt.
