I thought this was a really creative episode. I wasn't sure how a pure flashback episode would work, but I think they did a pretty good job with it. The coolest thing was having so many recurring characters make appearances in the episode and seeing what they were up to before the show started and how they got to where they are during the present day.

They did a great job making Sabrina look younger in this episode. Her lisp from the braces cracked me up. It was great to see the origin of Dancing Dan as well. Nice cameo by Danny Masterson and it was funny to see how Lucy got her start killing her boyfriends.

I love how those kids measured time in loads of laundry.

Cousin Mike returning all that porno.

It was sad seeing the start of Maw Maw's "Old Timer's Disease," but touching to see Virginia and Burt step up and do the right thing.

Frank: "Girls with braces have absolutely no self-esteem."
Barney: "My mother has braces."
Frank: "Have her stop on by."

I liked the ties to My Name Is Earl in this episode as well; I know Chubby's Burgers is from My Name Is Earl and I think the porno with the guy getting kicked in the groin was also from there as well.

Loved Burt's t-shirt "I'd Rather Be In Virginia"

I didn't remember that Martha Plimpton's character was named Virginia so I got the T-shirt joke later in the episode when someone called her Virginia.

I kept thinking they made a big goof by not having the dead tooth...until they revealed the origin of the dead tooth.

I liked this episode, I usually don't care for flashback episodes. But this one worked. I liked how Shelly was the catalyst for Lucy turning into a serial killer. I like weird Jimmy and he called his parents and MawMaw by their first names, the way he said their names was really funny to me.

yes, nice soundtrack throughout this episode.

Great flashback-theme eppy to cap off my favorite new comedy of the 2010-11 season. Both the montage of the Chances as "gypsies" at Howdys and Burt/Virginia living in the basement while scrapping for cash were fantastic.

I'm guessing at some point next season Sabrina will discover the identity of her goth crush by catching Jimmy acidentally slipping into "Drakkar Noir" () garb.

As if Drakkar Noir, Burt & Jimmy wearing birdshit-stained clothes and the origin of the deadtooth weren't hilarious enough, they had to go and throw in a Burt/alpaca spitting contest .

Great finale to a great season.

Nicely said. This was some fantastic television. I had high hopes for the show and it completely delivered, and then some. There was so much to love about this episode.

Absolutely awesome episode! It felt very much like some eps of My Name Is Earl...and that's a good thing. Love jogging/skating Dan falling over in the background while learning to skate right before the commercial break. And I could not help but laugh...long and continually...during the spitting contest (in fact I just chuckled about it now).

If I listed all the things I liked about this episode, it would basically be a scene-for-scene recap. Great end to a great season.

This was my favorite comedy finale of the season. Just freakin hilarious from beginning to end. Frank and Dead Tooth, what a great paring.
