This is my favorite CSI out of all of them. Yeah even Las Vegas.
This might be the series finale as Gary Sinise's contract is up and it's ratings have dropped since it moved to Friday.

This season was great. Sela Ward was a solid addition to the show. I didn't miss Melina at all.
Hopefully this isn't the last episode. I'd rather CBS keep this and cancel the original CSI....but that will not happen.

So I saw that this got renewed. Did Sinise get a new deal? I don't see them continuing on without him. Or does Jo get Mac's job and Messer doesn't have to leave since he'd get Jo's position.

He will get a new deal. That will probably be worked out later. He mentioned the renewal on his Twitter and Facebook page and said he's looking forward to season 8.

I'm glad this one got renewed. I gave up on the other two CSI's a few years back but this one keeps me watching.

Yeah, I do think quality wise CSI: NY is better (not saying much since I despise Miami, but it has surpassed the original).
