I'd like to get Friends on DVD (region 2), but it seems the only way costs about $100 a season. Any suggestions to find it cheaper.
thanks.

I have to be honest, buying online, you're looking at something like that, however if you know someone in the UK, they can be got much cheaper from a B&M store. Woolworths are selling them currently £19.99 per disk and buy one get on half price. This works out at about $60 US (plus postage) per series. not sure if this is any help

Cheapest at www.dvdzone2.com each series boxed set is about £37 OR $50ish +shipping.

BARGAIN!!!

Site seems to be dodgy at the moment. Reliable company based somewhere in the EU, France I think.

They're in Belgium - home of Tintin and Stella Artois (doesn't matter if that makes no sense - someone will know) and are generally pretty good for occasional offers.

Case-in-point... whilst all the UK DVD stores have the Alien Box-set for between £55-£60 (average) they were selling it for £40.00 from the outset (plus about £3 s&h to UK) which is a massive difference.

Hope that helps...

Cheers,

Mark.
