Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Sophia (Laura Innes) and the other Sleepers mourn their losses after negotiations are derailed. While observing Simon's (Ian Anthony Dale) reaction to the events, Sterling (Zeljko Ivanek) begins to doubt his loyalties and devises a test. President Martinez (Blair Underwood) tasks Senator Catherine Lewis (guest star Virginia Madsen) with rooting out any other moles within the White House. Elsewhere, Sean (Jason Ritter) and Vicky (Taylor Cole) are on the verge of tracking down Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook), but it may be exactly what he was anticipating.

This is facing the NCAA Basketball Championship tonight for East Coast viewers. I predict it's going to get it's worst numbers yet.

Great episode this week. Now that it's really picking up, of course it gets canceled.

Yup, another episode in the Win column; I do like the Sentinels angle.

Any real reason as to why this is not airing next week? Scheduling has become the bane of the TV series.

NBC decided to air 2-hours of Law & Order: Los Angeles next Monday after Chuck.

So Holbrook orders his goon to kill Vicki and what does he do? Ties her up and starts a fire??? Um, not that I don't want to see Taylor Cole every week but wouldn't it have been easier to just take her out back and shoot her? Pretty lazy writing as we all know what's going to happen now that she's trapped in a burning building.

Wow, this should pick up steam, with both the aliens and the humans coming to a "them or us" position.

So, is Dempsey going to make Sean the new sentinel? Not sure what will be left to protect after humans and aliens "throw down." Is the Prez's wife a sleeper or a misguided liberal? Hopefully the Prez snips a lock of her hair or something. Trust no one.

Yeah, Sean is going to rescue her and they're going to engage in coitus soon after.

I think this is the first time someone in a TV show realized another person has character shields, aka plot armor (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PlotArmor) . Hal Holbrook knows the hacker kid is still under contract and can't die, so he's gonna use the bad writing for his own purposes.

Maybe she's a half-breed, since I would think someone would have noticed such a famous person having never aged.

You know she's smokin hot when your wife actually says out loud "Wow, she is just so beautiful". Although saying "I couldn't agree with you more, honey" doesn't go over well, as I found out first hand.
