I like this show. It's not great must see TV by any means, but it's an entertaining little procedural and Sarah Shahi has been good. I'd like to see it get another season.
Sarah posted this video today on facebook about the show. She gets pretty emotional:

She's actually posted videos weekly begging people to watch.

The show was lukewarm at best but she carried it to being watchable.
I gotta admit, i've seen the 'touch the corner of my eye as I choke up' move a few times too many for me to believe it.

Really enjoyed this season and this episode overall. I hope it's back for a second season but I hope they don't rush the resolution of the cliffhanger (of sorts).

Looks like this got a second season, which is good because I want to see where they go from the finale. They pretty much cut all of Kate's links to the rest of the characters, so they could go in a new direction.
But they'll probably have everything repaired in the first episode of season 2...

Yes, it got a 13 episode 2nd season. It's going into production this summer for a 2012 air date. The story does say they will make some changes creatively, which IMO is good. The show has potential.
I think they need to lose Michael Trucco as Kate's ex. He sucked the life out of the show with their "Will they or Won't they" deal and I prefer to make her a hot single dating and trying to do her job.
Also, they need to do more with Virginia Williams and not make her the uptight evil step mom.

I really liked this season. It's USA breezy fun in the Royal Pains mode. Sarah Shahi was perfect casting.
Agreed on both counts.
