Hrm. I don't like the lack of Ron in that synopsis. Hopefully he's the "unlikely source" in the last sentence.

I need that poster.
EDIT: Apparently, there are only 250 copies of the poster available. It's a bit pricey, and shipping is ridiculously expensive, but I couldn't resist. Here's a link for anyone interested.

This episode did a great job demonstrating how crucial a character Ben has become. As an outsider, he's the only one that can actually react to the strange things in Pawnee, like Little Sebastian. It cracked me up how everyone freaked out when they say the horse, but Ben's reactions made it much funnier. I really hope he sticks around for the fourth (!) season.
That map of Pawnee atrocities was fantastic.
Tom immediately blaming Jerry for letting the horse escape was great was great.
"Tom & Jerry" never occurred to me until Ron said it this episode.
Andy: "That's a good idea, horses love mazes."
Ken: "The Harvest Festival is being held on an ancient Indian burial ground."
Perd Hapley: "Much like the house in the movie Poltergeist?"
Ken: "Exactly like in the movie."
*Ferris Wheel Shuts Down*
Tom: "Jerry, what the hell?"
---
FYI, that was Jonathan Joss playing Ken, the Wamapoke tribal leader. He voiced John Redcorn on King Of The Hill from 1997 until its end; assuming the role after Victor Aaron passed away.

This episode was very good. The ferris wheel apologies and Jerry getting blamed for everything and being left in corn maze was funny.
I loved this line from Ben
"I played shortstop on my JV baseball team nobody brings that up."

The animated news "re-creation" of the meeting between Leslie and the Indian chief had me rolling.

It's weird, because Ben is pretty much the exact same character as Brendanoquits except nerdier.

A nice bonus with American Girl by Tom Petty playing near the end of the show.

That guy was AWESOME. Loved when he "broke the curse" with Ben by throwing soot (or whatever) in his face. (Leslie: "Clean yourself up. Be professional.")

I have to admit this was one of the best episodes so far. And the animated re-enactment just put it over the top for me. Awesome sauce!
So is Rob Lowe going to be on the show any more? Seems like his break-up with Ann could pretty much write out the character. Ben is indispensable as the straight man. Now that Ann is "part of the gang" after the hole problem got fixed, her character doesn't work that way any more.

That poster is awesome! If shipping wasn't $25 to Canada, I'd have gotten it for sure..still might.
Excellent episode - loved almost everything. Joan Callamezzo's reaction to the fact that they got Tilda Bird and then Lil' Sebastian was hilarious. I loved the Ferris Wheel scene where Ron had to parent the entire gang and thought Ken had some great moments and am sure him and the Indian casino will probably pop up in the future. Thought he got the line of the night:
"There are two things I know about white people: they love Matchbox 20, and they are terrified of curses."
