Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Chuck (Zachary Levi) and Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) investigate when they suspect that Casey (Adam Baldwin) is carrying out private missions. Meanwhile, Chuck fears that the CIA's seemingly-perfect new operatives (guest stars Isaiah Mustafa and Stacy Keibler) will render him obsolete. Elsewhere, Morgan settles in with a new roommate, and Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) panics when Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) embarks on a potentially dangerous line of research.

Wow...I didn't realize we were getting a 24 episode season. I hope they develop a decent storyline or two, cause six more episodes of one-off's could kill the show.

+1

Some of the story arcs seemed rushed and the comedy seems better in those vs. the stories.

Cool episode. Predictable with the Gretas but I really enjoyed it.

I hope this Ellie thing is wrapped up by the end of season. I'm guessing it'll bring Mama B back.

They really need to mission up and get rid of the "bored around _______" stuff.

Really liked the episode, though.

Being able to create and destroy new intersects seemed so quick and easy now

Personally, I like the bigger story arcs. The reveal of what Casey was up to wasn't as interesting as I hoped.

I thought it was pretty good. I think it might have been better to keep the other intersects around for another ep or two, since it felt a bit rushed, but I liked it for the most part. REALLY hope they're not setting Ellie up to be an intersect too. That just seems a bit forced to me.

I could see Ellie being an intersect because she has the same genes as Chuck, but to have both Gretas be intersects seemed forced. And yes, they should have been intersects for at least a couple episodes

LOVED Ellies boobs

The juicebox bit was a bit lame, not that how he defused it, but how Casey had put it there in the first place. Very un-casey like.

Morgan being tranqued was great.

I dont think Ellie is gonna be an intersect, but given her medical background she may be able to improve on something that the NSA will utilize.

I think she should be the first topless intersect

Re: Chuck -- "Chuck Versus the A-Team" -- 3/14/11

This is where my backlog of Chuck episodes on the DVR start. I enjoyed the episode as well. It was a breath of fresh air after the entire Chuck's mom (who didn't really work for me) and Volkov's plot.

However, it plainly had a few elements that highlight why I've been less in love with this show lately. Why does Chuck have to be some inappropriate? I'm not sure if that's the right word, but an example was when Sarah told him not to bring his video game with them on the flight. Clearly we knew she was implying something of the physical persuasion. Chuck even understood that as you could tell from the look on his face. However, there was then a beat and Chuck says, "You were talking about sex. Right?" To me that was another instance of Chuck being very unChuck. I know the character has changed over the years, but to me that's too far away from who he is.

I agree. Jeff and Lester with the Ghostbusters setup was great. Plus the Buy More tied into the overall spy plot in a smooth and 'natural' manner. Bonus for tying in the family life.

Turns out this was written by one of the old writers who left after season 2 to go work on another show...which has since been cancelled. Reason for the return I suppose.
