That was freaking awesome.
at Walter and Hurley smoking a bong together at the beginning. Nice little cameo by Jorge Garcia.
John Noble rocked the house in this episode. The balloon men case was really cool.
Walter: Belly is that you?
Nina: No, Walter it's still me.
Loved the little twist at the end with William Bell.

Going to need to see how Anna Torv pulls off a Leonard Nimoy impression - either this is going to be crazy awesome or we just witnessed the jump the shark moment

Re: Fringe -- "Os" -- 3/11/11
can't really jump the shark on this type of show
i mean shit, the fact that Walter created or is directly responsible for everything is conclusive evidence of this
i thought it was the Nina Sharp character lady doing the voiceover instead of Torv
they caught the raspy essence of aging Nimoy so it worked

Some good news, Fringe finished 2nd in the timeslot with 1.5, although the total viewership (which doesn't mean shit anyways) dropped to 3.76M viewers.

Yeah I know those numbers aren't ideal, but the lead-in for Fringe is Kitchen Nightmares, which gets a little over 4M viewers a week. The bright side is the 1.5 is pretty close to what it was getting Thursday nights.

I doubt it would happen though. CW seems to have a bunch of pilots in development and very few timeslots to fill. I don't see any other network picking it up without a big decrease in budget.

Olivia's Walter impression was hilarious.

For anyone who cares, this week's Entertainment Weekly had an article about FRINGE calling it "The best show you're not watching".

The heavy-set surveillance dude in the beginning of the episode smoking the marriage of juana was also on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm as a pot dealer! If he's not careful, he may be typecasted as a stoner his entire career and be known just for weed.
Question: Would you do Olivia with Bell's being inside of her?

The real question is what would William Bell do while he was occupying Olivia's body -- "Peter, as much as we do need to save the multiverse first I would like to be alone for three, no make it four, hours."
