Hi from Paris,
I've posted here some days ago a topic
about DVDBoxoffice. I'm a regular customer
from more than a year and everything goes
fine. But from 3-4 months, my orders get
lost ! I've 3 orders that i never received.
So i deny the withdrawal to my bank and look
reaction of DVDBoxoffice :
"Hello,
If you refer to your credit card company on an issue that we have been trying to
resolve and we feel have resolved we will no longer be able to ship discs to you."
So my account is now closed !
E-business is such funny :-(

Damn, that's what I call customer service... they don't ship your discs, you don't like it, so they cancel your account Charming. Use DVD Dynamic instead; they're another Canadian company that always ship discs singly and offer free postage, almost exactly the same prices as DVD Boxofiice, but ten times more reliable and customer-friendly in my experience.
(edited to fix URL cuz i kan't spel...)

I donned my trusty deerstalker and determined that http://www.dvddynamic.com/ worked better as a URL! And, yes, I have posted the odd malformed URL myself....and some dodgy HTML as well!!
