I know. Now with the season winding down I hope that TNT loves the show enough to give it another season.

I knew there was no way that Sammy would ID the right guy.

"Fuck you, you stupid terrorist!"

That was a great scene with Cooper and Sherman along with the Ice cream vendors.

at the guy who died after the HDTV fell on his face during sex.

Dewey's line about the chick who survived was great..."You know as they say, blow jobs save lives."

Another really good episode. They managed to fit in so much story into 1 hour without it feeling rushed.

Interesting to see Sammy pick the wrong guy.

Lydia's scenes with the guy who got shot in the head were solid. That was a sad conclusion to that storyline.

I guess we have probably seen the last of Tom Everett Scott on the show. That was a really fucked up thing for him to do even for $500K in the bank. I guess the guilt got the best of him. Well, at least he's semi-rich and unemployed now.

I know Southland likes to start with something dramatic to open the show, but I think they should have held off on Dewey and Chickie hitting that lady during the high speed chase. Showing it during the open and even in the promos kind of lessened the dramatic impact of the scene.

Was that even remotely realistic? All the flat screens I've hung weren't THAT heavy, and falling into a soft bed is not exactly gonna make it worse...

I'm sure it wasn't. At worst, it probably would have given him a really bad concussion. But I thought it was hilarious just the way it was setup and Dewey's line about it.

My 42" plasma weighs 75lbs, and I wouldn't want that falling on my head. Not to mention all that glass and the fact that it was plugged in and turned on, so he was probably electrocuted as well.

Really though, the wall mount should've fallen with the TV, since there's probably no way it could separate from anything but the wall itself (bastard didn't just use the wrong screws, he missed the studs!)

40 pound tv on the wall falling on your head could probably kill you.
