I've hooked up my Pioneer DVC-302D up to my Television via a RC Cable for Video (My TV does not have Svideo or Component).

The picture is slightly tilted to the right. For example on every letterbox movie, the top line of the letter box is crooked.

Is there something wrong with the DVD player or TV, or maybe just some settings.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Timothy

WOW!!!! Amazon.com is awesome.

Well needless to say Pioneer is incredibly rude of the phone. But Amazon.com is wonderful.

The DVD player (according to Pioneer) is defective. Amazon.com is going to send me another one, Next Day Air. Then they are sending me the postage label for the old one to be mailed back. They went out of there way to not to inconvenience me at all. I think that is great customer service.

I will definitely shop there again. Just thought I would let you all know.

Take Care,
Timothy
