I' haven't seen the last 3 episodes yet I think (I got them saved though). This season has been pretty uneven for me. This one has a good shot at being a good one from the promo.

Yeah very uneven season. I'm pretty much glad the season will be over soon. If this show somehow gets a 3rd season, the folks at FOX and WB need to re-address this show badly specifically Matt Miller as the head writer and showrunner.

Shit, I think I've quietly given up on this show. I still haven't gotten around to watching the last 2 hour episode and with it coming on tonight there are other shows that have a higher priority.

Subtract Ames and Ilsa and this was a great episode!
And for the life of me, why is it every time that Ilsa questions Chance's past loves he doesn't bring up Amy Acker?
Oh yeah, that's right... the writers are idiots!

The Good:
Lauren German: Crazy sexy hot assassin and I loved her fight scenes, especially the one with Chance. Loved her eyes.
Lots of action and shootouts
The Bad:
Ames: What the fuck was the point of that stupid subplot? She went to Vegas with Ilsa and got married to some dude named Alejandro?
Bob: Another stupid ass male client. The guy had no chemistry with Lauren German. I did not believe they made a believable couple.
The ending was stupid.
Overall, I would give the episode a C+

I want to punch Matt Miller so bad for blowing off the Katherine Walters storyline that was set up so well in last season's finale. It was so obvious that Chance had feelings for this woman.

great, fun episode.
I was wondering for half the episode who the husband looks like and it finally hit me, John Krasinski (Jim Halpert)
The assassin chick was great - reminded me of the T3's Kristanna Loken
I also liked that she was trying to save him rather than kill him.
And I agree, no reference to Chance's past true love was shameful.

Both the Ames and Pucci subplots were totally unnecessary, but I thought the rest of it was almost back to season 1 form.

Shockingly, Monday's episode did really well. 7.8M viewers and 2.1 in the demos. This Wednesday it has American Idol as a lead-in, so the numbers will probably jump even higher.
I've been really frustrated with the show creatively this season, so if this somehow gets the show another season, I hope they do a creative overhaul.

If, by some miracle, they manage to get a third season out of FOX, the show has got to ditch Pucci and Ames. Neither of their subplots this episode added anything to the main story, in fact they both were distractions from it. They were both added clearly just to create regular characters for the female audience to relate to, both neither of them adds anything. In fact, I think the presence of Ames and her friendship with Guerrero has effectively watered down that character, so they're doing more harm than good.

Great episode. Agree with most of the comments here.
I think the season finale is next week or the week after that. That's according to my guide.

Flawed episode, but a lot of fun overall.
The dinner scene was awesome. Great interplay between Chance and the assassin and the fight choreography was really good.
at Guerrero shoving Ames' chair away when she took the call from her husband. (That plotline was odd, though).
Winston was hilarious. Lots of humor this ep.
Nitpicks: Chance making that shot from a moving vehicle was too much to buy, even from a spy show. Why did the assassin's boss assume the husband came alone at the end? She told him earlier he might be on to her and the boss even saw him and Chance run away back at the house. And why didn't he make sure the husband was dead at the end? Bleh.
I loved that closeup shot when she was standing on the side of the SUV at the end.

Just watched now Agree with the general consensus that the episode was lots of fun/back to form, save the Pucci/Ames crap. (I thought it was too bad that the spy was in love with that dork; SHE would be a good addition to the team, not the losers they have now.)
I really hope this show does get a 3rd season, just to see if the people in charge will do what is necessary. (Then again, if ratings bear out that the new women are bringing in a new demographic, I think the show will be cast off by lots of original fans. That said, at least the Ames/Pucci stuff last night didn't take TOO much time away from the rest of the show; but any time spent on either is too much.)

I hate to say it, but I'm in the same boat. I missed the last double episode (Obama interruption?) and my college basketball team played at the same time as this and Chuck on Monday, so HT got the ax again this week.
