The way this season is going the series is going to end with one of them committing a murder-suicide.
I thought it was funny that right after Margene drops her bomb, they do the living nativity with Bill playing Joseph and Cara Lynn playing Mary.
The Ben and Heather possible relationship story just seems forced.

Christmas stuff (lights, wrapping paper, etc) goes on sale before Christmas as well as after.
I thought this was a great episode. My wife and I couldn't believe it when Margene dropped the under age bomb on Bill.
Alby was great as usual.

My one issue with this show has ALWAYS been that in this universe there are 75 hours in a day. These MF'ers do a TON of stuff, while routinely traipsing off to Idaho and the Compound, which initially was hundreds of miles away.

Good episode.
Even though Bill's selfishness put him in this situation, I can't help but feel sorry for some of the stuff that's happening.
We're definitely going to get some kind of murder before the season is out. I don't think it'll be Alby though, since it his father was murdered... I'm guessing he'll end up in prison getting all the butt-sex he wants.
Agreed that Ben and Heather feels forced. They're desperate to give Ben something to do, so he'll hook up with Heather. Not exactly great writing. I suspect that Heather dropped out of BYU and/or her parents aren't really on vacation and she doesn't want to go home.

Much better episode than the first two. I thought the Margene reveal was both brilliant and disappointing. Brilliant because of what it means for Bill -- not only does it make him just as bad as the men on the compound he has spent his professional life distancing himself from, it also means that his personal revelation about Margene was wrong and therefor not a true revelation at all. It's also a nice contrast that Caroline just happens to be 16 right now.
It disappointing however since it fails to hold up to the most basic logic test. Margene came to the Hendricksons as their babysitter. What responsible parents don't ask a babysitter's age before hiring them? And what babysitter adds two years to their age on the off chance that their client might offer them a chance to join their polygamous family unit? It just doesn't hold water.
A refresher on how it began, for those who never saw this webisode:
