How Rewatchable is 24 ?
I've only seen each season only once
Am thinking about rewatching from season one.
How rewatchable is 24 given you know the plot twists etc ?

Re: How Rewatchable is 24 ?
I've watched each season (sans 8, since I'm waiting for the blu-ray) twice, and I'll probably watch them again one day. I found it to be greatly rewatchable. It's an action series. Is Die Hard rewatchable for you? Your answer to that question will also answer the question of whether 24 is rewatchable.

I think it depends on the Season. I found Season 1 to be very rewatchable, but I can't imagine rewatching certain seasons where the plot becomes asinine. I eventually sold my DVDs of it...

I've found it to be very rewatchable. I've been through the first several seasons a 2nd time and enjoyed them. I actually re-visited season 1 a third time with someone who hadn't seen the show before--it was fun seeing someone else become hooked.

As a few have already said, 24 has alot of replay value. I think every season has replay value except season 6 for obvious reasons. Although I did pop in season 6 a few months ago for shits and giggles and did re-watch the 1st 4 episodes (which is usually the 2-night 4 hour premiere) and enjoyed it very much.....I had to quit there because I know the ships sinks after that.
I just bought season 8 on Blu-Ray recently and I plan on re-visiting sometime soon.....Hopefully I can get through the 1st 12 episodes before it gets to the good stuff.

Re: How Rewatchable is 24 ?
I tried to watch 24 on netflix, starting with season 1, and just couldnt get into it. The plot with the daughter was just annoying and ruined the show for me. Are the rest of the seasons any better?

I love the show... the second time through I loved it a looooot less. I'm glad I own the DVDs because it allowed me to eat up each season as I wanted to, but a log of the story/dialog is groan inducing after you are no longer dazzled by the pace.
I can't imagine sitting through it again.

All of them are rewatchable except for season 6. I'll admit I've even seen that season twice, but it was only for the benefit of others.

Season 1 was extremely re-watchable with friends seeing it for the first time. Seeing their reactions to the twists, etc was a lot of fun.
I think I re-watched season 2 with friends as well, and that was good. So for my experiences, it was awesome with a group.

I think I've had more fun re-watching 24 just for the creative ways Jack kills people. It's like a perverse Dr. Seuss book:
With a gun, with a car,
With explosives, wearing armor,
In the throat, with his teeth,
In the chest, punch so sweet,
At the White House, shopping mall,
With TNT, by railing fall,
He can't be stopped, not any hour,
Oh no, IT'S JACK BAUER!
