Just read recently that a judge ruled in favor of actor Adrien Brody.

His Lawyers filed a suit claming that he was not paid in full for his work on the film and ordered that sales stop until he is paid.

Anyone notice if they have started pulling these???

Just checked, AMAZON & DEEP DISCOUNT both have no listings.

The article stated that they are also not allowed to use his likeness.

Pretty intereting stuff.

From the looks of things, Maya Entertainment was supposed to release it back in October.

The Asian bootleg market for this film will probably see a good influx of business now.

Released in October. It did hit stores, as I remember seeing it on Amazon shortly after.

It was still on Amazon even after the judge ruled. I was going to hold off on getting it; but since the listings have been pulled, I went ahead and got a copy off of ebay.

Actually, you're right. I was contemplating buying it shortly after the ruling, but the whole thing kind of slipped my mind. I just found an affordable copy myself, so I grabbed it too. I certainly wasn't going to pay a premium for it.

Well no we don't. there was a pull the other day that called for this being removed from shelves and destroyed.

I'd ordered a copy but it wound up being canceled 5 days after I received a shipping notification. When I contacted the seller, they said they weren't able to get any copies. Now, nearly a week later, they've still got multiple copies of it on eBay.

I wound up ordering from someone else and should have it in a couple days.

A local chain/store here in the Bay Area had 2-3 copies new on their shelves when I went over the weekend.

I'll be damned if I drop $19.99 + tax for it though
