Wow... just wow.
Spoiler:
Dutch is back...

I know that the file is encrypted, but wouldn't there be a way to take screenshots of the list? And isn't Simon's bible still out there?

I figured they were going to get some up and Marv was going to die, but didn't see the reveal coming.

Why would Brennen leave Michael and Jesse alive though? Why not just kill them both and not have to worry about Michael coming after you, which after his encounters with Michael he knows is going to happen.

10 seconds into the episode when they flashed "the contents of this file cannot be copied" on the screen they might as well have put a neon sign up saying "they will lose the data".

That was an incredibly stupid thing to write into an episode. Encryption doesn't prevent copying, it prevents reading cleartext without the key. They should have been able to make a copy.

Yeah, that really made no sense at all. Other than to keep the show on the air, a couple more shots and Dutch would've been pretty much in the clear with the info. and no witnesses.

Re: Burn Notice -- "Dead or Alive" -- 12/09/10

Maybe Brennen is taking orders from someone and that's why he didn't kill Michael; that's a big maybe, but is certainly possible. But letting Jesse live, especially given the relationship between him and Marv, makes no sense at all.

Also, it just occured to me...did Michael and Jesse not have any guns? Not that they would've lasted against guys in full body armor, but it looked to me like they showed up to deliver this incredibly dangerous thing without any protection at all.

Hopefully they at least address not killing Michael and Jesse in the finale.
