Attn Directv viewers who are DVR'ing this. Double check your season pass record for this episode. Directv incorrectly is listing this episode as a repeat as originally airing on 11/24 (there was no episode last week) In fact, the next episode is also listed as a repeat as originally airing today. Your going to need to set manual records for both.

Really fun episode. Again, the Julie stuff is stupid, but I when the slut got slapped.
And that awkward scene at TMU in the last episode now makes sense. Had no idea that Vince was a Jr. Granted, that's par for the course with this show.

Great episode! I agree that the Julie stuff seems out of place and I have to admit I didn't feel much sympathy for her considering she was fooling around with a married guy.
The football scenes were great, but the standout parts of this episode were the main players just hanging out and bonding with each other, even including Buddy Jr.
As someone who only did individual sports growing up and never team sports, I never really understood the bond that teammates share with each other, although I've sometimes envied it. Friday Night Lights does a great job at showing how these players are more than just teammates, they're almost brothers.
Also, loved "Coach" Riggins' pep-talk to the special teams players lol
