Well, at least Guerrero was back to normal.
Other than that, I don't get how they call it cutting costs to ditch the original composer and then pay for shitty licensed music. The boss is beyond annoying. The thief still can't act (though her friend was much worse). Dubaku was totally wasted. And the "romance" between Chance and the shrew boss is beyond forced.
Hopefully the return of
can breathe some much needed life back into this dying show.

Ames delivered the bra and panties shot this week but the hottie of the week is sorely missed. Not real happy that they messed with the formula for season 1.

I wouldn't of said this last season, but it's not going to bother me anymore if this gets canned due to low ratings.

I know last season didn't get the numbers they'd hoped for, but I'd like to think that the following they did develop was a loyal one that would stick with them and try to help generate some more interest.
But then they went and fucked it up by taking away THOTW and adding the bitch boss and the kid for Guerrero (the team) to watch.
It's still a pretty good show, but the plot lines (and individual (Pucci) moments) are horrible and dragging the show down; can they really afford to bank on this bringing in new viewers when they're alienating old ones by messing with the formula from the first season?

yeah but you sort of have to try to boost the numbers with something new.. If you give a show a whole season and get lower than expected numbers more of the same results in, more of the same level of numbers...
I don't really mind the new cast and angle of the show.. Plus they can go right back to the "save of the week" formula any time they want too. Right now they sort of have to set up the background of the new team members.. No big deal..
This ep was pretty good.. The fight in the office and the steam were really well done, they threw in a few explosions and of course, "Strip down, oil up" for the exploitation of the newest hot female cast member.. That was some classic "Welcome to hollywood" action right there..
but I don't know what else people expect from the show...

oh hell yea, Ames!
I really, really, really hate that G6 song that played during the air vent scene. That song is pure garbage.
I enjoy heist plots, so I liked this episode.

Does anyone happen to know the song used in the beginning when Chance is chasing Ames? for some reason it's driving me nut that I can't find the name of this song...

Guererro was great as always. Loved the idea of letting the double crossed cleaner have the bad guy as opposed to giving him to the cops. Ep. wasn't bad, but not a step in the right direction. I don't see how a series about three rogues, each a bad ass in their own way, could be helped by adding a bitchy boss and and whiny girl who constantly needs supervision.

I agree about the women. Even tho Ames can't act, she is tolerable as a recurring guest star. Pucci just doesn't fit in at all. Adding a woman boss is the same thing they did to Dark Blue and it completely threw off the dynamics of the show.

Pucci needs to go
the money saved on ditching that actress can allow for the original theme to be paid for

Unfortunately, I think the only way she will get ditched is if the show gets a third season. Haven't the 13 eps. for this one already been shot? By then it might be too late, as I can see people departing quickly if the current direction maintains.

Terrible episode. This didn't even feel like an episode of Human Target. It felt like a lazy/half assed episode of Leverage (and I love Leverage) Ames was so fucking annoying and whiny in this episode. I actually thought Ilsa was tolerable since his screentime was minimal.
The only I somewhat liked was the fight scene in the office with Guerrero's bad ass moves against "Chicago"
If Human Target doesn't get a 3rd season, which is a distinct possibility, Matt Miller will be known as the fucker who ruined this show. And I hope no studio/network gives him another showrunning job after this.
Next week does look promising though with:

another thought
she calls the cops, there is a ton of crashing and fighting noises in the background that I'm sure the 911 operator heard and then says she'll call back
that would definitely get cops dispatched to the location but the show ignored it

There is no way I can take anything on this show seriously anymore with one of the characters names being Poochy, that's just too stupid to be real.
