Got this a while back and I love MASH, excellent deal.

Can anyone tell me if this set has ever been cheaper than $69.99 in the past? I like M*A*S*H as well, but not too crazy about the price tag right now (even though I know the regular price is well over 100 dollars), especially since they still air episodes on cable.

A couple years ago too it was $69.99 at Amazon during a lightning or daily deal (based on a search of threads here at DVDTalk). camelcamelcamel.com doesn't seem to account for that particular day, but otherwise camelcamelcamel is indicating that this $69.99 price is the lowest it has been on Amazon. A cursory search of DVDTalk indicates - apart from the Amazon pricing - that the other lowest price has been $72.92 at Deep Discount and buy.com.

That's about all as far as price history that I can provide. I haven't followed the pricing on this set that closely, perhaps it has indeed been lower somewhere in the past (or perhaps not).

This is the lowest I've ever seen it, but I've always held off because of reports of disc scratching due to the packaging. I recently got the entire series in the individual seasons for $9.99 from FYE. It cost more, but the cases are such that the discs won't be damaged.
