Hm, it's a bit difficult, as most of the bloodshed-action-movies also have a triad-background. But try the following:
As Tears Go By (Not yet available on DVD)
HK Triad
Kingdom Of Mob (only available at itchee.com)
Organized Crime & Triad Bureau

The Young and Dangerous series is quite good imho, although I've only seen the first 3 (of 6 in total?). You may want to hunt down some reviews first, but it's probably worth picking up the first, to see what you think, especially if you can get it for a decent price.
