Synopsis:

Spoiler:
It's election season, and in the midst of a tight campaign, an incumbent New Jersey senator's campaign manager falls ill with liver failure and temporary paralysis. Cuddy pushes House to add a female doctor to his team by hiring brilliant third-year medical student Martha Masters (Amber Tamblyn) in Thirteen's absence. House and the team are wary of the young doctor's lack of experience and medical perspective, but are forced to give their new by-the-book teammate a chance to prove herself. After the campaigning senator makes a surprising announcement, House and the team look to the candidate to find clues about the patient's condition. Meanwhile, Foreman learns that Taub has a past connection to Masters, and in an effort to save his patient's life, House must make a critical decision that may compromise his relationship with Cuddy.

You mean you never saw The Grudge 2? She was the lead in it and yes it was entertaining. I've seen a few things with her, most recently The Unusuals on ABC. And she is dating David Cross from Arrested Development.

No love for "Joan of Arcadia" or "The Unusuals" or "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" movies?

Don't care for those type of horror movies so I never saw The Grudge 2 or Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, don't really watch anything on ABC so I've never heard of The Unusuals, and while I recall Joan of Arcadia I never watched it

The age difference would hardly be the issue over just that it is David Cross!

I thought it was OK, not entirely thrilled with the new addition but we'll see. Thought it was a little too convenient how Cuddy found out at the end...

I just hope they don't make too much of a big deal about House's tricking Cuddy given that he was right and the treatment saved the patient.

Re: House -- "Office Politics" -- 11/08/10

This episode had a weird flow to it. I felt like it was reaching the end with about 20 minutes left and then it just kept going.

New chick is kind of interesting, didn't quite grab me. I'm glad their done with the finding a replacement eps at least.

HRG was OK. I was expecting a little more for his character, but he got about the average House patient screen time.
