A&B Sound has it for 13.60
Video-Now has it for 13.97 (free shipping w/ 2 or more dvd)
DVD Box office has it for 15.83 and they have a "Free worldwide shipping" banner at the top of the page
This title shows a 34.98 domestic (US)list
Since it appears at least one of these will ship worldwide, I figured the international group would have interest
