I have used them a lot and I would guess that 75% of the stuff I have bought is new.
Of course there have been some instances where the disc looked a little beat up,the only time I had a problem was when they sent me a disc in pretty bad shape .
I watched it and it played fine ,I tried to sell it back to them and they rejected it!...I emailed them and they sent me a credit. They are really great with responding to emails and correcting problems that may arise.

Heard back from SS and it seems like they will credit my account for the bootleg as well as a DVD that was really scratched up (it was $2) and I dont have to send them back to SS, that I can throw them away. Thats odd... So if Im reading it right thats pretty bad ass! But I dont want a bootleg
