I'm suggesting that someone who had the time and enthuasism would make a topic like "International shops" or something like that, when would be first of all list of stores which aren't US-based, and preferrably ship to civilized world.

In addition there could be some ratings if the store can be trusted or not. Any newbie should appreciate this kind of list, I myself don't know too many european stores, so this kind of list would benefit all, wouldn't it?
