New Sufjan CD and Tour

First full-length album of all new material since Illinoise. I will say, I've been waiting and hoping for another state-themed album, but I'm not going to pass this up. "The Age of Adz" will be out on Oct. 12th.

Soupjam is pretty wack imo, I tried to listen to him back in the Illinoise days.

$7.99 at Best Buy today. I checked out a few tracks on NPR's first listen and I'm digging it.

Definitely a difficult artist to get into. I like some of his songs but a lot of it is just too cerebral and NPRish if that makes sense.

I don't mind the new album, but crapsticks, I can't believe he brought out the auto-tune.

The song is 25 minutes long.....he needed a lot of ideas to fill it up.

Re: New Sufjan CD and Tour

I didn't even realize it was that long, but that explains why I didn't notice that part until now.
