I will record this for shits and giggles and because I'm a fan of Bill Shatner, but I'm not optimistic this will be good.
There is way too many shows on Thursday's. This will get relegated to 1 thread for the season.

I'm a fan of the book and I like Shatner... But the commercials make this look terrible. I'll still give it a shot.

I'll be watching, but Shat doesn't seem like a good fit here. They needed someone like Stacey Keach who rocked this kind of role in Titus.

I'm annoyed that they're calling the show "Bleep my Dad Says". I know the Twitter account in Shit my Dad Says but the titles just sounds retarded. Why couldn't they go with "Things my Dad Says" instead?

I saw the CBS preview show and this looked awful. Even Shatner couldn't save the terrible cliched writing.

I'll be checking it out, but I don't expect it to be any good. I have a 30-minute block in between Community and The Office (I hate 30 Rock) and have time to check it out.

Shatner is funny as hell but the rest of the cast just drags it down. The part where he tells them that he accepts their offer to move in with them was just horrible.

yeah that was pretty bad. Sounds like a cliched filled sitcom. If this lasts the full season i'll be shocked

Watched this after BBT.
I'm sort of baffled as to how they think they're going to make a weekly series out of this. It's like a lame SNL sketch that doesn't end.

you guys really need to watch more of it. I thought the same thing and didnt start watching it till the middle of the second season. It really is a great show.
