In excellent condition. Genuine retail release, out of print. Asking $35 shipped but will look at all offers. I'm also interested in Dragon Gate USA, Chikara and ROH dvds.

Its a fair price judging by what its going for on Amazon, Half and eBay. I am open to trades though.
