Some notes...

-- Ari's blowup at the restaurant was totally called for and the way Amanda was helping with the NFL was totally out of character

-- The guy from Medium with the Tequila has definitely run its course... terrible ending

-- The comment about sucking up to Peter Berg is funny... I mean what actor has to suck up to him?

-- Vinnie jealous over Sasha... seriously, there's nothing special about her, at all

-- Johnny coming around on the Bananas show was a high point

Overall, kinda crappy. Felt insulting as they did 180's on some characters.

Vince is being dick and a bitch at the same time. Not many TV characters have accomplished that.

I'm tired of the Turtle stuff. It liked the random cameos we got from it but Urlacher and the guy from My Name is Earl doesn't do it for me. And is it me or did it seem like they filmed Ethan Suplee's lines separately and cut him into the conversation? Turtle and Urlacher didn't respond to him at all.

The Amanda stuff came out of the blue and it's very unlike her to be a good person and Ari's reaction to her isn't something that should have surprised anyone. It was her idea to get the tapes to begin with, who was he supposed to think leaked them?

The Drama stuff was good. I hope he bangs E's assistant. Drama needs a girl.

Overall though, not a terrible episode. I'm interested to see how they'll end this season. The ending with them all finding that mound of coke was interesting, looks like they're setting up for an intervention of sorts. Or maybe just an ass kicking... because that's what Vince needs.

I every time they show Billy's Medallion tattoo.

The whole tequilla thing is stupid because why would you want a celebrity endorsing your product if you can't handle or don't want to handle the demand.

Turtle we want to bring this brand to the US. Bring Vince aboard!

All I can say is that there better be something else behind this "tequila business." Maybe it's a front for something else.

It makes no sense at all. This tequila nonsense is the biggest fuck up of a subplot. I feel for the actor who plays Turtle because they took him out of all the fun of doing Entourage with the other guys and separated him into this nonsense where he's peddling Doug Ellin's friend's tequila. So, he's basically been reduced to acting in a long ass commercial. So lame. I'm glad there's only one episode left because I don't know if I can handle many more scenes of someone trying the tequila and saying how AMAZING it is.

The Ari stuff is still good. What they've done with Lloyd is such a waste of a great cast member. He's barely on screen at all anymore, and his chemistry with Ari was maybe the best thing about the show over the past couple years.

The porn start storyline doesn't bother me. I just think they should have gone with a porn star who can act. Or written her differently, or something.

Overall the show is still well-written and everything, but what used to be such a fun, exciting, and hilarious show has become pretty depressing for no good reason. If they had created Vince as a character with any depth then all this mayhem would have been earned, but this stuff is all coming so far out of left field that it feels contrived and forced.

Overall, Entourage has gone from fluff comedy (Season 1-6) that was a nice half hour of good laughs and one-liners, to all of the sudden the 'serious drama' come Season 7. I still don't understand why the producers/writers decided to go this way.

Just discovered Alex played AJ's girlfriend with the son in the Sopranos. With the turtle /Meadow connection, that's almost incestuous !

I hate when shows like this gives a role to Bob Odenkirk then have him do nothing, just read 4 generic lines.

The Tequila has been horrible, I don't mind if Doug Ellin wants to pimp his friends drink but at least build an interesting plot around it.

No Drama/Turtle, No Ari/Lloyd = most of the laughs of previous seasons. It is almost like a whole new creative team took over the show, and didn't watch the previous seasons.

I was wondering the same thing.

The best part was Ari's blackberry in the bathroom and him blowing up on Amanda. The tequilia story is crap. I liked the idea of Turtle having his own business at the beginning of the season better. The show doesnt really seem to have much sense of direction anymore. And its really lacking the chemistry between the characters. Ari and Lloyd's scenes made this show great! Now that they have announced its done after next season, I think they are just rolling with it.

Idiotic that Amanda actually wanted to help Ari and was not responsible for leaking the tapes. Seemed like the writers just reached in, pulled a switch, and made Ari look like an idiot just to prolong whatever the hell they're doing. She mentioned that it was someone from Ari's recent past. Who the hell is it? Will there be a follow up, or is he just going to be in the doghouse with his wife forever?

The tequila....Carlos is a jackass. Cuban offers the money and then some, and wants to talk terms. Carlos says "**** you, just give me the money." Almost as painful as that ep. of John Adams and his attempt at "diplomacy" on his first trip to France.

It was her assistant -- in other words, just some kid who rotated through Ari's agency, got screamed at (and probably fired), and wound up working for Amanda.

And seriously, Turtle's not really doing much with this Tequila thing. He's basically still mooching off of Vince by using him to promote the product - which generates demand on it's own... and then gets lucky and bumps into Cuban who's willing to dump money into the venture. At least with the limo service he was actually running a business... this tequila thing gives Turtle the same level of accomplishment as Kevin Federline.

I'm guessing Drama's in love with E's secretary now. She'll say "thanks, but no thanks" and then Drama will probably lose interest in the cartoon.

The Ari/Amanda stuff is the height of happenstance. I can't even begin to count the number of bullshit contrivances that had to happen in order to get Ari screaming at her in the restaurant. I mean, all shows do this to a certain extent, but not this bad.

And yeah, the tequila stuff is stupid. Turtle's delivered everything asked of him and then some. What is the problem?
