Psych is on a roll this season.
Loved Gus with three sea-sickness patches on his neck.
Shawn: "Don't kick a man when he's down."
Lassie: "That's exactly when a man should be kicked. It's the only way he learns. The nuns taught me that."

Where was little Shawn in the opening? They used a different boy. I hope that's not permanent. The pineapple was on the trophy on the mantle at 'that cracker''s house lol

They haven't had a little Shawn opening since the Alien episode.

Did Chi McBride either lose a ton of weight or grow a few feet?

I think maybe the old young Shawn is getting too... old. They were gonna have to replace him sooner or later. Though maybe they'll still use him as an older young Shawn.
Lots of funny stuff in this episode. I loved at the end when Shawn says to Gus, "That sounds like the wrap-up to a Scooby Doo episode." And Gus says, "I know" proudly and smiles. And Shawn is like, "I didn't really..." and then drops it.
Also the bit about the "head nod" that Gus gives to other black guys. "Shawn, the head nod works on the brother behind the counter at Jamba Juice, not on escaped convicts!"

I loved Shawn's imitations of Friday and The Nutty Professor- "Hercules!!!" I saw the new little Shawn on Four Christmases this afternoon, and that's not a compliment.
On other sites, people have been commenting on how much weight James Roday has gained. He looked fine to me, but then I watched an episode from season one last night and I was shocked at how different he looks now, BUT in my opinion, he was eerily thin in the earlier episodes. He looks healthier now.

In fact, Liam James (the original Young Shawn) is actually a couple weeks younger than Skyler Gisondo (the new Young Shawn). So who knows, maybe it was just that he wasn't available for this episode and he'll be back next week.
As far as this episode goes, I lost it when Shawn did his Chris Tucker from Friday impression and Gus cut him off.
