Through WAAF, New England Perks is offering $40 Newbury Comics gift cards for only $20. They do not go on sale until Thursday August 19th at 9AM, and it looks like there will be a limit of 1 per customer. They are only offering 2,000 cards, but maybe those will last for a while.

Another station offered half-priced gift cards to Newbury Comics a few months back through New England Perks, and I took advantage of that deal. Cards took maybe 3 or 4 weeks to arrive, but for half-priced gift cards, it was well worth the wait.

This is now live, and I just bought a couple of these (I've almost used up my $300 worth from the last round). Looks like you can buy more than one, they just have to be individual transactions. So with the shipping charges, it's essentially $23.75 for a $40 GC. Still a great deal if you're gonna shop there anyway like I am.

The Newbury in Manchester, CT, has been having a huge sale on jazz albums, hope this card arrives before that ends.
