"Me And Orson Welles", Target only?! Ugh, sucks for importers who have been waiting for this movie to be released somewhere. No BD it seems...

Has anyone seen Me & Orson Welles? Is it worth spending the $'s on it?

/\ I've heard mixed, but if it follows the trend of other Target exclusives (My One & Only, Crazy on the Outside), it may drop to $7.50 or $5 in the coming months.

Does anybody know if that's the Parent Trap double feature including the original film and the remake for $7.50?

I just hit Target a few hours ago and they had a lot of those releases out already in a box on an endcap.

Decided to wait for Chuck season 2 to drop and that's my kind of price! I have every season of One Tree Hill, but I think I will wait until it drops under $20. No hurry to revisit that season even though I did enjoy it.

I watched it tonight. It was a great little story about orson wells putting on a stage show.
All the backstage goings on. Google ebert's review he really liked it too gave it 4 stars.

I had picked up Scrubs season 8 for $14.99 yesterday without having even seen this ad.

Re: Target Media Prices (August 15 - 21, 2010)

Thanks snausages.

The DVDs they list in their ad look like the same tired old stuff to me. They keep listing the same TV shows every time they have a sale, I wish they'd change it up once in awhile.

And they knocked a whopping 25¢ off the $5 DVDs.....again. -kd5-

I saw it. I was impressed. Efron and the guy who plays Welles were particularly strong. I'd have sprung for it on Blu...but apparently there isn't gonna be a Blu (DVD = no-go for me).

I would just DVR Me and Orson Welles when it hits cable. I didn't love it as I thought it was a bit cliched even though the performances were good.

Re: Target Media Prices (August 15 - 21, 2010)

I'd be hoping for Amazon to match the price on the Stranger (it's currently $26.50 on there!!), but they started sticking me with some lame ass shipping carrier instead of UPS. I guess I'll probably be running to Target in the morning.
