for items that dont have the store pickup option when does the item usually arrive thanks

This should really be posted in the Store Forum area, since it is not a DVD bargain. Their shipping isn't fast, but I've certainly had slower. Personally, I say wait until a day or two before release, and store pickup will be an option...

I think you are better off ordering from Amazon.com which is usually cheaper and faster, plus they don't charge tax.

But I agree. I ordered a few things from Best Buy and amazon on Sunday, with the same shipping (3-5 day).
The blu-rays from Amazon got here on wednesday. I got part of my Best Buy Shipment today and I'm still waiting on the rest.
