Teri Bauer= 24 season 1 (One of the most emotional scenes IMO in TV. Kiefer Sutherland's acting in that scene was amazing)
Renee Walker= 24 season 8 (Loved character on the show and again Kiefer was top notch)
Warrick Brown= CSI season 8/9= Tragic scene and William Petersen's acting in the season 9 premiere sold it so well.

In Lost ...spoilerized because I am sure some of you out there will watch it on home video only when it comes out...
I wasn't devastated by it or anything, it just really caught me off guard...I wasn't expecting it.

Laura from Knot's Landing. She had been on for about 8 years and decided to kill her off.
She left a tape for everyone that was very moving.
Also Lisa's death on Six Feet Under.

Re: What TV DEATH Affected you the Most ?
I'll note two, and I feel neither are spoilers because both in their own way should be well ingrained in the popular culture by now:
Bill McNeal, Newsradio -- Phil Hartman's death was stunning, and the off screen death/episode mourning the loss of his character by the rest of the staff was spot on perfect. The last season of Newsradio is well below the level of the other seasons, but it is underrated. Even if it had been flat out terrible, the renewal would have been worthwhile for the tribute to Hartman that episode served as.
Rosalind Shays, LA Law -- the McKenzie-Shays relationship was very up and down, and David E. Kelley really announced his arrival on the TV landscape by literally sending her down an elevator shaft. It has to be the most shocking TV death of all time in my opinion.
