I saw the ending coming a mile away, but I thought it was still good. Overall I don't think this episode was as strong as the previous new ones so far, but it was good.

My TiVo missed the first 7 minutes for some reason. What I did see appeared to be the best episode of the new season.

Because it probably didn't recognize it as a new episode since it said the premiere date was 7/15. I have mine set to record only new eps and I had to force it to record that specific one.

Yeah, I had to catch this one on Sunday because my DVR didn't grab it either. Looks like tomorrow's ep will record just fine though.
Thought it had funny bits, especially the Sith Revolution, but not as funny as the eyePhone one or Robosexuals. Still been a great season overall.

Didn't record for me either, but I caught it before tonight's new episode.
Thought it was a pretty solid episode. Not the best of the season so far, but still a good episode. I thought the reveal at the end was pretty obvious, but the obviousness of it didn't ruin the ending. Futurama always does emotion and sentimentality so well, and I was glad to see they were able to incorporate that aspect of the show into one of these initial few episodes. So while I expected Hermes to be Inspector #5, I didn't see the exact circumstances coming and it was nice to see that side of Hermes for a change and a cute baby Bender.
Just have to say again how glad I am to have this show back.
