I don't own any MST3K.. Never seen it as a matter of fact. I keep hearing great things.. but this is too much for a blind buy.

You can find an episode to watch online. For most, it seems to be either a meh or a love. Watch 20 minutes online, if you love it, then this price is the lowest you'll likely see.

Not as good a deal as the last 3-set MST3K woot ($49). Still bought since that's only $25/set, which is about as low as it goes.

^ true. The last set (13-14-15) was $50. This set (16-17-18) is $70 and includes a (for me) worthless Tom Servo "action figure". I would rather have the set for a lower price and skip the toy, because I'm having a hard time valuing the toy at twenty bucks, but that's not my call.

I still bought anyway, because as Trevor pointed out, this is as low as these ever get. Plus, considering that 18 is a new release (it hits release day today IIRC), $23.33 each was a pretty good price in its own right.

Not that I'm a hater, but I wonder what an unboxed Tom Servo "action figure" gets on eBay? If I give it to my son, it's likely to get absorbed into his growing Doctor Who figure collection, and I could see poor Servo being blasted by Daleks.

When the 20th Anniversary set came out it retailed for like $50. It was limited and came in a tin with the Crow figurine. That this is $25 with an extra figurine means you're not really paying limited edition prices. Also since these are the three newest, it makes sense that they're more expensive. I just wish I had waited. I didn't realize places like woot ever did stuff like sell MST3K sets!
