Have only seen Oh Brother Where Art Thou and Brother's Grimm.
All I can say is that Brother's Grimm in an awful movie. And Oh Brother Where Art Thou isn't much better.
Oh oops. I've seen The Blues Brothers. Duh. Obvious classic.

Only what I've seen:
The Blues Brothers - just classic comedy
O Brother, Where Art Thou? - a delightfully goofy retelling of The Odyssey with some wonderful music.
Step Brothers - despite it's flaws, there's a great message here. I honestly wish there was a PG version that could be shown to teenagers to let them know you have to grow up sometime, but don't forget what makes life fun.
