What is a repackaged DVD at Deep Discount mean?

A friend asked me to pick him up a copy of "Four for Texas," a currently OOP DVD. Several stores seem to have it at a high price, but Deep Discount has it at a very reasonable $5 and change. My only qualm is that after the DVD title is the word [Repackaged]. I don't know what that means and Deep Discount's FAQ didn't mention it and their customer service has not replied to my query over a week ago.

Has anyone had any experience buying a [Repackaged] DVD from Deep Discount? If it's used, bootleg, or even a re-shrinkwrapped disc that someone opened, then returned...I'm not interested. If they have put the DVD in a different style case for reasons of economy, I might consider purchasing it considering the low price compared to other stores.

I've dealt with Deep Discount many times over the past few years, and my only quibble with them it that their packaging of product has been a bit sparse. I've had a couple of DVDs arrive with the DVD sliding around inside the box and the slip case's center hub broken and the DVD sliding around inside the case as a result. Now I'm a bit gunshy after their unresponsive customer service.

Thanks in advance for any info/experience you can share.

Well, since it's only $5 you should buy it and then tell us later what you got!

I never ordered one before from them, to be honest I never even came across one yet.

Like Amazon and Axel Music's listings, I'd venture to say that repackage means that it has new cover art or case style.

^ Yeah that's what it generally means.

In this case going from the old snapper case to a keep case with new cover art.
