Wolverine and the X-Men season 1 possibly in October
According to TVShowsonDVD.com, WatXM may show up on Blu-ray on October 12. It's only a rumor at this time but I sure hope it's true.

Last week we had rumors that Lionsgate would release the complete series on October 12. Lionsgate has made that official now, and have released more information on the sets. Yes, plural, as the show will be released on both DVD and, for the first time, Blu-ray.
Both sets will include a Widescreen (1.78:1) transfer, with Dolby Digital 5.1 and Spanish Stereo tracks on the DVD, or English DTS-HD Master Audio and Spanish Stereo tracks on the Blu-ray. Extras for both sets include:
* Includes 29 Audio Commentaries with the Show Creators!
* "The Making of WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN" Featurette
* "The Inner Circle: Reflections on WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN" Featurette
* Trailer Gallery
Suggested retail price for the DVD is $29.98, while the BD is $44.99. The releases aren't available to preorder yet, but we have a look at the DVD and BD artwork:

By the way, could the mods fixed the title now to state that is the complete series, not season 1, that is being released in October?

If I'm not mistaken, Marvel has re-acquired a lot of the animated properties they had licensed to other studios and have decided to do everything in-house from now on. That is why The Spectacular Spider-Man was canceled too.

Marvel re-aqcuired the TV rights back to Spider-man, yes, but as far as Spectacular goes, it was up to Sony if they wanted to continue it. WaTXM was cancelled too.
