Pioneer DV-220V-K any good?

Need to get a new region free DVD player. Is this one good? I like that it plays divx and has a USB.
Anyone have one? Care to give me a review?

Its a no frills multiregion player with acceptable upscaling. But very reliable, quick disc loads and handles pretty much everything and every disc format I've thrown at it.

in Australia it is region free out of the box, but I know that pioneer do that themselves because Australia allows that.
In other countries, you may have to punch in a code, I'm not sure.
