I might check out Mr. Sunshine once to see what Matthew Perry's doing, but geez, other than that, ABC has the most lackluster lineup of new shows so far...

What about V and FlashForward?

And when are they showing Mr. Sunshine?

Re: ABC Announces new Fall Schedule

so Rob Morrow in another show definitively confirms Numbers is gone.

I may watch No Ordinary Family, but that's about it.

FlashForward -- Officially canceled
V -- Possibly November/a mid-season series, but with an uninterrupted run (likely in the slot of DWTS Results show)
Mr. Sunshine -- Debuts mid-season
Off The Map -- Will debut mid-season behind Desperate Housewives

Re: ABC Announces new Fall Schedule

How did they get rid of the Catherine character on Desperate Housewives to free up Dana Delaney on her own show? I totally forgot that bit on DH.

Modern Family and Cougar Town.

If The Whole truth can be as hard hitting as, say, The Practice I may give it a shot but if it is some crappy dramedy - no way. Other than that the pilots sound like shite.

Re: ABC Announces new Fall Schedule

Castle
No Ordinary Family
Modern Family
Cougar Town

And most importantly ...

Saturday Night College Football - Go Buckeyes !!!!

Looks like ABC still gets a big chunk of my viewing time. Although there doesn't seem to be an arc based replacement for Lost

She left Wisteria to be with Dexter's wife.

Re: ABC Announces new Fall Schedule

Thanks everyone.

So I'm watching V, Modern Family and Mr. Sunshine. And maybe one of the "dramas" if they look interesting.

Are they resting the Bachelor/Bachelorette? Depending on who they get as the bachelor, that show delivers in the demos so I am surprised it's not on the list.

Wasn't Secret Millionaire on last year? Why is it listed as a new series?

Was that a blink-and-miss-it moment? Oh well, that show is moribund for me, after 6 seasons, I'm done with it.

Looks like only Modern Family, possibly Detroit 1-8-7 though this is the first I've heard of it, for me.

It aired on Fox last season and ABC took it over once FOX decided not to renew.

Edit to add: Given the success of Undercover Boss for CBS, I am actually a bit surprised that FOX canceled this show which probably cost next to nothing.

Re: ABC Announces new Fall Schedule

Now that CBS has canceled Old Christine, I hope ABC picks it up. That's a great, and very underrated, comedy.

First I have heard of it also. I would imagine they are filming in Detroit, since we have the great film incentives in Michigan now. Surprised I have not heard about them filming this here though, I usually here about the shoots happening around town.

I remember ABC filmed a pilot here called "Prince of Motor City" but it never got picked up.
