A tweet from our girl Alison Brie on tonight's episode:
Magic will happen tonight, my friends. (not literal magic, more like funny televisionary magic)

I remember watching the first few episodes and not being sold on the show, but it has grown so much and consistently delivers the funny. Watching Community, Parks And Recreation, and The Office back-to-back-to-back is such a great block of comedy.
Abed's list was great. I need to go back and watch and see what all was on his list.
Britta and the Walkman was too funny.
Senor Chang stealing the Girl Scout Cookies, and then the Girl Scouts asking Pierce if he had "seen a Chinese kid," lol.
"Excuse me for trying to sneak you into heaven!" - Shirley
Loved the return of Britta's pronunciation of bagel, lol. "Uhh, how do you pronounce bagel again, Britta?" - Troy
"They're making us walk around with pretzels in our butts. I put mustard on mine...like an idiot." - Troy
Watching Pierce sitting down next to the wrong black lady was probably one of the funniest things this or any other show has done...ever. I applaud their willingness to push the politically incorrect envelope.
I loved the look on Troy's face when Britta told Jeff he had to sleep with the kid's mom. He just stood there, smiling and nodding, but it was pretty funny.
It was nice to see Pierce and Shirley bond a little.
---
The only misstep was those high school kids. They were so unbelievably obnoxious. It's not that the storyline was bad, just that the actors were really annoying.
I did like the end though with what the future held in store for all of them.
---
The porno ending and the music and the pizza delivery guy with a pizza with extra sausage, lol.
---
The preview for next week's episode looks awesome!

Didn't see the preview for next week, but I loved just about everything in this episode. The pizza guy at the end was hilarious, and even Pierce wasn't as annoying as normal.

This show started out strong and has only gotten better.
At first I too thought the bullies were way over the top and unrealistic but I later realized that they had to be that way to set up the hilarious conflict at the end of the episode. It's amazing how this show can juggle the combination of wacky, smart and subtle without dropping the ball.
The writers also have a knack for lovable characters, even the minor recurring characters like Starburns and the old guy are awesome.
And yes, next weeks episode looks epic.

They were intentionally overly obnoxious, at least that's how i took it.
Another solid episode, and next week's looks AMAZING, based solely on the little preview.
Only thing that didn't work for me this episode was the Chang part. Totally out of place. Why even have him in the episode? Was it to fulfill a contractual obligation?

The moment in this episode was right after:
"It's called Sarcasm Troy. Ask the goat."
Then Troy turns to the goat and decides to not ask the goat.
This was followed by the reaction of the group after Pierce explains why he apologized to the the "wrong Shirley." Annie darting like a deer in headlights and Troy pretending to be asleep.

A lot of good stuff but yeah the high school kids were really freakin annoying. I know that was the point but they did their job a little too well and their comeuppance wasn't nearly satisfying enough.

Abed talks too fucking fast! I swear I have to rewind and turn on the CC to understand most of what he says. To the powers that be @ Community: Get him to slow the fuck down! Glad I got that off my chest.
And that said, this show is still one of the funniest on TV right now.

Have any of you spent time with some kids currently in high school? They nailed it
Great episode - I started off just sort of liking this show but around episode 10ish it started to meet it's potential and now I look forward to it. Very funny stuff.

I am in complete agreement here. I like that he talks fast because it fits with his character, but i hate having to go back and CC some of his lines.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that was a cameo by Aaron Hill who plays Beaver on Greek. Considering his character is the party animal that would be a decent inside joke.

gets better and better every week. i now look forward to this more than 30 Rock, egads!
Troy saying: "They're making us walk around with pretzels in our butts...man, I wish I hadn't put mustard on mine".
It's those quick, little, blink-and-you-missed it barbs that get me so much.
