Palisades Tartan is offering a nice deal if you order their newest release directly through them. Buy Ex Drummer for $14.95 + $4.99 S&H and get a free 8-disc Asia Extreme boxed set.

The boxed set is almost assuredly the Vengeance Trilogy. That's the only 8-disc set I can think of, and a new Blu-ray version is coming out soon so they probably want to move the DVD sets.
I haven't seen the new movie, but the Vengeance Trilogy is worth $20 alone. It contains Sympathy for Mr. Vegeance, Oldboy, and Lady Vengeance.

I've never even heard of Ex Drummer before now, but it sounds like my kind of movie just from reading a bit about it. This is a pretty sweet deal, and even if the 8-disc boxed set is just some random Palisades Tartan films it's worth it for only $20.

my two cents:
i thought the movie would be up my alley, but i found it to be criminally awful - however... some of the scenes are really well-attached to the greater moments of its soundtrack. ultimately, it's like a more violent, more sexual, but lesser-man's 'Trainspotting'. it's over-the-top in grunge and filth, which visually comes off appealing from time to time... but i will say that offer is tempting just for collections-sake of weird movies for the sake of weird.

Wow. That's a great deal. Thanks OP. I have the original releases and the Old Boy tin box set, but I've been wanting to pick up the new box set for the extra discs for the first and third movies. I doubt I'll ever find it for $20 shipped, plus a free movie to boot.

I bit. Also checked the Amazon reviews on the 8 disc set and several mentioned that it came with only 4 discs.

^Those were referring to the 4-disc Blu-ray set. It's available exclusively at Best Buy right now, and there's a misprint on the back cover stating that it's an 8-disc set, which it isn't.

Nice find John (or I guess the deal found you)! I would have jumped on this had I not already got the Blu set. The trilogy sets must not be selling well.
