Toys 'R' Us has a 3-day special pricing for Avatar (Thursday 4/22 - Saturday 4/24):
DVD - $14.99 (lowest price of all stores!)
Blu-ray $19.99 (same as Target)

The Best Buy Blu-ray is the Combo pack where you get both Blu-ray disk and the regular DVD Disk together for 22.99

For those who have Kroger stores in their respective states, it's offering a special offer on the Avatar DVD. You can actually get the DVD for $11.99, if you buy the following three on the receipt: one 2-liter Coke (any flavor), PopSecret Popcorn 3-count (any flavor), and one packet of Wonka Sour Puckaroom Gummies. (And you have to use your shopper's card too.)
The end result ends up being $15.50 before sales tax. Pretty good IMO.
