Steve, the $1 just shows up for me on the lowest DVD when I have 3 used DVDs in my cart.

Previously viewed often comes in a nasty rental case. These are ex-rentals.

Most of the time USED are what you get in stores but sometimes they may ship you a PREVIOUSLY VIEWED RENTAL COPY. If they do, call them at 1-877-427-8464 and let them know. Most of the time if it's a cheaper title they'll tell you to keep it and they will credit your original payment back. I've had a couple of problems where I ordered Blu/DVD combos and they just sent the Blu. They were fixed with no problems.

Mine hasn't been working since the sale started, either. Makes it awfully hard to take advantage of the deal. I've tried both Firefox and IE, both have a note at the bottom that they're working on the page. After four days, I sincerely doubt it!

I called customer Service just before and they said they fixed the problem yesterday. I told them that it is still not working for some of us beacuse I still can't access my wishlist as of this afternoon. They said they will see what they can do.
