I have been tryiing to change to a different credit card on my account the last few days and every time I type in the number and enter it says they have technical difficulties. Is this a sporatic thing or do they have issues with their website frequently.

I've found the CH websites to always be a little "glitchy" and this was even before they redesigned them recently. I needed to change an address a year ago and tried repeatedly without any success. Finally had to e-mail them about it so the change would be made.
