The Werner Herzog boxsets are also a great deal, especially the Encounters in the Natural World in BluRay for £15.99. The films included on the 3 discs are: Encounters at the End of the World, Grizzly Man, White Diamond, La Soufriere & Flying Doctors of East Africa.

It's going to take a while to watch all of them, as I tend to savor boxsets, and not to watch them all in 1 rush. But still glad to get all these films in nice editions. I guess now to wait for the 2 Artificial Eye boxsets....

They are slim cases with no inserts, just the disc.

I just ordered V.2. With the strengthening dollar, they're now $26.99 USD each DELIVERED to the USA.

Can anyone comment on the films in V.1? I haven't seen much of his really early stuff, & would like to get an idea if I would enjoy them before spending the $'s. I do like everything I've seen by Fassbinder. The oldest one I've seen is Why Does Herr R. Run Amok. Other then that & World On A Wire, I've mostly seen the later Criterion issues.
