Same here. Made my two orders (above) Sunday night, charges showed up today on my card. No emails at all. I don't know if I should feel encouraged or worried. I wouldn't worry, but HV seems to be going down the shitter...

I get sporadic emails, some before I receive the items and some after they've already arrived. I noticed they're now showing when they split off an order into two, so that's a nice change.

I got two shipping notices - one last night and one this afternoon (one for each order). Each notice said that all 8 titles are shipping in one box and will be here within 4 to 14 days. I am pleased.

I just received my second shipment which came 8 discs to 1 padded envelope. Fortunately, this time, all discs were inside, even though the envelope was starting to open. Discs were in much worse shape than my previous order. Also, this was the second time I received a 1 disc version of a movie (Babylon AD) when it specifically said 2 discs. I still haven't received a reply about my 2 disc the Rocker. Just a word of warning.

It's been two weeks since I placed an order and still no order confirmation, shipping notification, or any other sort of message pertaining to my purchase. Customer service is not replying to my emails, and I'm unable to pull up the order status online. It's just a whole lot of NOTHING on all fronts. Needless to say, I won't be making purchases from their website again.
