Sons of Tucson -- "Golden Ticket" -- 03/28/10

Sons of Tucson

Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Ron buddies up to a local police officer in hopes of scoring preferential treatment from the cops for future misdeeds, all the while the schemer is working a deal on south-of-the-border medications. At home, the boys' attempt to shoot a movie is taken over by Robby's young playdate.

So will the school teacher from the pilot ever return?

DJariya, did you get a chance to watch the first two episodes? If so, what'd you think?

It's Official: I'm in the for long haul with this show if FOX doesn't cancel it. Each episode has improved upon the last; tonight's was really funny and showed that the series has some heart. Big thumbs up to FOX for green lighting the show and hopefully they stick with it.

I really dug this episode and loved the ending. The golden ticket/viagra subplot wasn't that great though it had its moments. I like that mini-psycho showed he actually has a heart.

Watched a little last night and it reminds me of Malcom in the Middle.

No there wasn't a Pilot thread. I was out of town when it premiered and noone elese created one. I've done threads for the last 2 episodes.

I will probably try watching the Pilot off Hulu on my days off this week. I'm still slowly catching up on alot of other stuff that I missed when I was out of town for 2 weeks.

Oddly, Justin Berfield, who played Reese on Malcolm in the Middle, is an executive producer for the show.

I didn't like last week's episode, but both the pilot and this one were pretty good.

Just a reminder, this show returns for its summer burn off tonight. It's on just before The Simpsons. It looks like there are 9 episodes left.

Thanks.

Looked on the Primetime listings on ZapIt and didn't find it. Now I see it's on 7:30/6:30 CST
