Purchased Ponyo and Kiki's Delivery Service for $10.81 with tax.
$10 off when you buy Ponyo and one of the New Studio Ghibli movies.
Ponyo rang up for free and Kiki was $9.99

Wow, they still have the $10 Ponyo promotion running? I was thinking of just buying the My Neighbor Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service DVDs (regular price for each is $19.99 right?) with the B1G1 promo. But if that $10 Ponyo promotion is still active, then I could get 2 Ponyo, Kiki's and Totoro for the same price.

Went with:
$24.99 - New Moon (2-disc)
$20.00 - Twilight Saga DVD keepsake box
$19.99 - Astroboy
--------
-$20.00 - Free keepsake box with purchase of New Moon
-$19.99 - BOGO
-$05.00 - New Moon coupon (Redplum)
-$03.00 - Astroboy coupon (Redplum)
--------
$16.99 - Total
Or about $8.50 each film. Would have gotten My Neighbor Totoro instead of Astroboy but they don't carry that at my local TRU.

You must have really sophisticated friends that have all moved on to blu-rays. I actually still know people who aren't aware of blu-ray's existence. So these DVDs would make nice gifts for their little ones...

Yeah, that and not all movies need a blu-ray treatment. I could give a rats ass about seeing a second-rate vampire romance with extra detail. My girlfriend didn't care, so upscaled 720 is good enough for me too. Sometimes even a dvd can fill a hole in a collection.
